How to begin
Bully Defense Tools are separated in four categories, the target, the bully, the upstander/bystander and the parent. Each category has practical scenario- based tools to help individuals stop the bullying.
How to Use
Start with the tools that are relevant to your need, for most people it begins with the target tools. However, for some people it is the bully tools.
As a child social emotion curriculum, one begins with the Bully Analyzer and ends with the Hero's Pledge.
